This department's primary objective is to obtain equipment that would assure
response to citizens' needs, and to remote or off road emergencies during winter months.
To meet this obligation, we have acquired two snowmobiles from Griffith Air Base.
With them, officers do patrol on request, giving attention to all of the many miles of trails
that run through our community.
