The vehicle, which was described as a black Chevrolet Pick-up, was traveling at a high rate of speed on Jennings Rd when it struck a mailbox and garbage cans. The same vehicle then crossed over into the oncoming lane causing forcing the driver from the road to avoid a head on collision.
