On September 1st, Eden Police responded to call alleging a man attempted to run another man over. After investigating, John Laco, 39, of Cheektowaga was arrested for reckless endangerment and reckless driving. Laco was arraigned and held on $500.00 bail.

Eden Police hosted a DWI checkpoint on September 5th. The check point resulted in 5 DWI arrests, 2 Marihuana, and numerous other vehicle & traffic related offenses.
