Town of Eden Police arrested Anthony Figueroa, 34, from Tonawanda in connection to a burglary that occurred in April of this year. Evidence was taken from the crime scene and sent to Erie County Central Police Services for confirmation. On October 11th, Eden Police was advised the evidence matched the DNA of the subject.
- On October 27th, Eden Police received a report of erns that were removed from Evergreen Cemetary. The erns were of three pieces A square base, pedestal center, and a round top. Erns were cast iron painted white.
