NOTES & FACTS FROM THE POLICE BLOTTER
-
While on a routine traffic stop, patrol noticed the operator & passenger of the vehicle "acting strangely". Patrol observed the odor of alcohol & marijuanna. The oficer received permission to search the vehicle and conficasted 3 pipes, rolling papers, and marijuana. Jordan and Colin Moyer of Gerry, NY were issued appearance tickets for criminal possesion of marijuana.
