NOTES & FACTS FROM THE POLICE BLOTTER

On July 17th, Eden Police responded to a call of a property damage accident. While investigating, patrol observed a subject laying in the bed of a pick-up. The subject was in possession of alcohol and a large marijuana pipe. Subsequently, Nicholas Pitillo, 18 of Eden was placed under arrest.
