NOTES & FACTS FROM THE POLICE BLOTTER
- On January 1st, Eden Police responded to an accident on Hemlock Road. Upon location patrol observed a vehicle in the wooded area beyond the shoulder of the road. The driver, Christopher Schwanz 43, left the roadway striking trees and brush. Mr Schwanz was subsequently arrested for DWI.
- While on routine patrol, Saturday January 29th, Eden police observed a snowmobile traveling against the traffic on South Main Street. The driver, Russell Collins, 37, was arrested for Snowmobile while intoxicated along with numerous other violations including not wearing a helmet.
