NOTES & FACTS FROM THE POLICE BLOTTER
- On February 12th, Eden ShurFine reported theft of meat products. The
employees were able to provide a description and an investigation was
launched. On Feb 16th, the same two subjects retured to ShurFine and
attempted to take steaks from the meat department.
Store employees notified
Eden Police and Paul Perry, 42 of Buffalo and John Frank 41, of Hamburg were
brought into custody. Upon contiuning the investigation, police recovered
items taken from Eden Dollar General and Save A Lot in North Collins. Both
subjects were charged with petit larceny by Eden Police and Erie County
Sheriffs Department and taken to Erie County Holding Center.
