NOTES & FACTS FROM THE POLICE BLOTTER

On December 27th, patrol responded to a report of a pedestrian struck by an automobile. Investigation revealed Peggy Lamm, 21, of Eden stepped out into traffic and was struck by a vehicle. Mrs Lamm was taken to ECMC via Mercy flight where she was listed in stable condition.

On December 29th, patrol responed to an auto accident on Sandrock Rd near Larkin. Patrol arrived and found the vehicle struck a tree after loosing control just after rounding a curve. The driver, Lola Gravac, 82 of Gowanda, was taken to ECMC via Mercy flight where she remains in critical condition.

December 30th , The Eden Police Department received a report of a suspicious vehicle occupied by several youths. Upon arrival, patrol began to speak to the occupants and observed a strong odor of marijuana. All three offenders admitted to using the drug and were issued appearance notices for unlawful possession of marijuana and the vehicle was towed due to their impairment.
