- Due to the good work of officers, marijuana plants were found and seized from a home in Eden.

- Eden Police obtained $20,000.00 from asset forfeiture for the arrest of this crime.

D.A.R.E. Donations Are Always Welcome, 2/11/83 (Hamburg Sun)
- Paul Debalski, Finance Officer for Newell Faulkner Post 880, recently presented
a contribution to Chief Patrick Howard for the Town of Eden Police DARE program. The contribution
will help defray the extra cost involved in this year's graduation class. This year the enrollment in the DARE
program doubled from previous years.

"Jailbirds" (10/23/74-The Southtown's Citizen)
- Officer Shawn Bishop rounding up local business people (Mark Stevens of Brown & Stromecki Agency) for the March of Dimes jail
and bail fundraiser. Read their rights, handcuffed and proceeded to take the suspects to Eden Ford
where their cells were waiting --- and so was the phone to solicit donations.
