Welcome to the Eden Police Department Geographically our town is centrally located in Western New York, 18 miles South of Buffalo and 12 miles from Lake Erie, occupying about 40 square miles. Our neighboring townships are Town of Hamburg, Town of Evans, and the Town of Boston. The Town of Eden has a population of approximately 8,000 to 10,000 people. Major traffic routes consist of U.S. Route 62, and U.S. Route 75, as well as exit for the New York State Thruway of the 90 (exit 57a - Eden/Evans Center Angola).
