The Town of Eden is a rural community, predominently agriculture and is
centrally located in Western New York, 18 miles South of Buffalo and 12 miles
from Lake Erie. The Town occupies about 40 square miles. The Town's population
is approximately 8,500. Major traffic routes consist of U.S. Route 62, and U.S. Route 75,
as well as an exit off of the New York State Thruway
(exit 57a - Eden/Evans Center Angola).

Recreation for all ages is offered in Eden with fun times in Baseball & Softball via Eden Athletic Association; Youth Tennis, League Tennis, Track & Field via Eden Valley Track Club, Adult Volleyball, Youth Volleyball, Adult Basketball, & Youth Basketball. Swimming, Skiing, Arts & Crafts are also offered via Eden Recreation Department.

The town of Eden has a number of proud Organizations which consist of many volunteers who have dedicated their time and skills to the betterment of the community.
Eden is also home to a number of beautiful Churches that seek to provide growing fellowship within their faith.
The Town of Eden is fortunate to have its' own Eden Library to be of service to the residents and neighboring towns. The Western New York Regional Information Network (RIN) provides information about the library located in the Town of Eden, and links to all the libraries located in the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library System.
